The Dispatcher is a key communications point for the company's security function. Answering and addressing all incoming phone calls and monitoring cameras and access control systems helps ensure secure operations. The dispatcher tracks all company vehicles and equipment on the road as well as all security officers in the field. Duties include scheduling of employees and ensuring that all shifts are covered.
