The Global Training Manager, focusing on Training, Assessment, and Employee Performance Prediction based on Training and Assessment Data, will primarily engage with the Learning Management System (LMS) to design, deliver, and track training programs. They will create, administer, and analyze assessments that gauge employee competencies and learning outcomes. Additionally, they will leverage internal CRM system to monitor and predict employee performance, leveraging data from both training and assessments. Integration with a Data Analytics Platform will be essential for analyzing training effectiveness and predicting future performance trends.

Inputs

Incoming training requests and supporting documents are routed through the Global Training Manager, typically from Sales, Operations, Human Resources, department heads, or training coordinators, as are modifications or updates to training programs. Requests for training activities are received via Cases in our internal CRM system. The CRM system will also generate recurring Cases based on schedule to remind the Global Training Manager to complete tasks regularly. The Global Training Manager may also be alerted by the same system for any preset events or conditions. Additionally, data from training sessions, assessments, and employee performance metrics are collected and analyzed to predict future training needs and employee performance outcomes.

Outputs

The Global Training Manager outputs comprehensive training courses and assessments, which will be implemented into Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role generates detailed reports on training effectiveness, employee progress, and skill acquisition, which are shared with department heads and HR teams to inform strategic decisions.
